Technical Writer - Information Developer (m/w/x)

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the telecommunications industry, we're looking for a Technical Writer - Information Developer (m/w/x) in a permanent position at K-tronik. Tasks:

• You develop self-contained, target-group-oriented technical customer documentation for various areas (User, Service) and products (Hardware, Software) - You write the documentation according to existing standards in German and English with our editorial systems (including XML-based) - You work independently based on your own technical knowledge, research, use development materials and product simulations, and conduct interviews with internal partners - You support the entire process of creating documentation, from your own research and concept creation to publication and handover to translation - You implement defined information architectures and concepts - In doing so, you contribute to the further development of documentation products and finding new solutions - You work closely together with colleagues within our editorial teams as well as with our cross-functional teams from developers, constructors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in technical communication, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field of study - Professional experience in the field of technical communication, mastery of documentation methods such as topic-based writing, single source and cross-media publishing in content management systems - Experience in working together in a complex project environment, documenting products with a long lifespan, and managing version control and change management tools - Quick understanding ability, strong technical interest, and willingness to independently familiarize yourself with complex technical topics - Experience in writing according to editorial standards, such as S1000D, is desirable - Very good analytical and abstract thinking abilities - Very good German and English language skills, mastery of technical Fach-Terminology
