Technical Training Support Intern at Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB)

Job: To support the Service Qualification department with technical training course development & logistics. Liaising internally within the department trainers and course authors to ensure training planning and preparation is to a high standard and continuous. Manage and develop internal & external training platforms for technician training. Whilst working directly for Service Qualification Manager to develop and improve various topics related to technical training, development and logistics specifically focusing on: Technical Training Support Intern at Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB) will be responsible for the following key tasks: Developing and maintaining technical training courses in collaboration with trainers and course authors. Coordinating and organizing internal & external training events. Providing administrative support to the Service Qualification Manager. Assisting in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other visual aids. Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including attendance lists, feedback forms, and evaluation reports. This role will also involve working closely with various stakeholders within PCGB, including trainers, course authors, and technical experts to ensure that all training courses are relevant, engaging, and meet the needs of technicians.
