Global Technical Training Manager

IVECO is looking for a Global Technical Training Manager to lead the worldwide technical training strategy for our dealer and service network, ensuring readiness for new product launches and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the global technical training roadmap. Lead development and deployment of training programs (ICE, BEV, hybrid). Manage Train-the-Trainer activities and certification pathways. drive blended learning solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration among our global network. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with IVECO's business objectives and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of training programs into the overall business strategy. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our global network. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training management, preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that drive business results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
