As a Technical Trainer (m/w/d), you are responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting technical product and system training – both internally and for our customers. You develop modern training formats, create professional training materials, and support our team with in-depth technical expertise.

• Planning, organization, and conduct of technical product and system trainings (presence, online, e-learning/self-learning)
• Development, creation, and continuous updating of training contents, training materials, and training concepts
• Conducting technical training for internal employees as well as customers and partners
• Technical consulting and support for the entire product portfolio
• Closely coordinating with the development, production, sales, after-sales, and service departments
• Support in creating digital learning contents (graphics, videos, documentation)

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Multiple years of professional experience
• Excellent MS-Office skills, particularly for creating professional training materials
• Good knowledge in image editing, video production, and content creation
• Experience in the field of lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, battery controllers, and charging technology
• Outstanding organizational skills, didactic understanding, and methodical working
• High process understanding and ability to structured knowledge transfer
• Teamwork and clear and confident communication skills
• Solution-oriented work approach and the ability to professionally moderate different viewpoints
• High self-motivation, reliability, and loyal behavior towards colleagues, superiors, and the company
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
