Technical Trainer (m/w/d) - Jaguar Land Rover

Scope of Work
The technical trainer (m/w/d) at Jaguar Land Rover is responsible for conducting technical training to impart and improve the skills of technicians from car dealerships in the area of vehicle diagnosis and repair. The trainings cover all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and repair, from mechanical systems to electrical systems up to HV/Electric vehicles. The goal is to ensure that participants successfully complete the technical qualification levels and pass the corresponding exams to achieve the highest technician level.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conducting and leading technical on-site trainings, e-Learnings, and workshops in German and English or Czech/Slovakian and English up to certifications for Jaguar Land Rover
- Adapting (global) training materials and creating presentations, worksheets, and other training materials
- Conducting final exams, evaluating training results, and implementing improvements
Conditions
