We are looking for talented young professionals who are keen to implement Talent Development initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization. This role holder will be actively involved in end to end design, development and delivery of training interventions. Job Location : Chennai (Siruseri) Job Type: Full time (Work from Office) Duties and Responsibilities Putting the learner first and designing human-centered learning experiences, from stand-alone solutions (in-person or virtual) to comprehensive programs that meet diverse needs. This includes developing training content, conducting trainings, facilitating workshops, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for adult learning and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
