Technical Trainer – Full Stack Development & Competitive Programming Job Description We are hiring skilled Technical Trainers to train engineering students in Full Stack Development and Competitive Programming & DSA as part of our advanced training curriculum. The role involves delivering high-quality sessions, mentoring students through hands-on practice, and preparing them for real-world software development and coding interviews. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Training Deliver technical training sessions on Full Stack Development to engineering students, focusing on hands-on practice and real-world applications. Competitive Programming & DSA Training Design and deliver technical training sessions on Competitive Programming & DSA to engineering students, emphasizing problem-solving skills and coding interview preparation. Mentoring and Coaching Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to students, offering guidance and feedback on their coding projects and interview preparation. Curriculum Development Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and develop advanced training modules for Full Stack Development and Competitive Programming & DSA. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Communication Skills Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate technical concepts to students, colleagues, and stakeholders. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 3+ years of experience in software development, competitive programming, or teaching/training.
