About the Role : The ideal candidate must possess MCA or M.Tech specializing in Java, Advanced Programming, Full Stack, C, C++ and Data structures and algorithms. A strong dedication to teaching and academic excellence is essential. Ability to explain Arrays Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hash Tables, Sorting Algorithms, Searching Algorithms, Recursion, Dynamic Programming, Bit Manipulation, File Handling, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Synchronization, Deadlock, Semaphores, Monitors, and Threads. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts such as Encapsulation, Abstraction, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Composition, and Decomposition is required. Ability to design and develop comprehensive training programs for students and faculty members is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for identifying and resolving technical issues.
