ABOUT THE ROLE This role is part of our Technical Department and focuses on developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our automotive clients. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and delivering technical training courses, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and deliver technical training courses for automotive clients • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest technologies and innovations in the automotive industry • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant programs • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our training offerings • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training courses • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its latest technologies and innovations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
