Technical Team Lead - CT-FNC240724 011/01

Our Client is a multinational aerospace technology and engineering group. With their expansion, they are looking for a Technical Team Lead who will oversee a team of Software Engineers, guiding them through the entire software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment. This role ensures adherence to project plans, maintains code quality, and provides technical assistance to customers while staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. A strong background in software development, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies, is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards for software development. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software development aligns with business objectives. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Software Engineers. • Ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Maintaining code quality and ensuring software meets industry standards. • Providing technical assistance to customers and stakeholders. • Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Participating in the development of the company's technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with experience in Agile methodologies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with software development tools and technologies, such as version control systems, integrated development environments, and testing frameworks. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
