Technical Teaching Fellow

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Technical Teaching Fellow to support the effective delivery of our RISE upskilling programs, particularly for the Business & Data Analytics track. The ideal candidates will assist learners throughout their learning journey, ensuring they gain the necessary technical skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. Key Responsibilities: • Assist learners in understanding the practical applications of various technologies and tools, including [insert specific tools and technologies]. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content that aligns with industry standards. • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs and preferences. • Provide individualized support and feedback to learners, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and apply this knowledge to improve teaching methods and materials. • Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure RISE programs meet the evolving needs of learners and industry partners. • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, education, or related). • 2+ years of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, preferably in an educational setting. • Strong understanding of technology trends and industry developments, particularly in Business & Data Analytics. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
