Job description

What We Expect Experience: 5 years in software engineering, system analysis, or solution architecture. Code Literacy: Ability to read and understand source code (e.g., PHP, Go, JavaScript) to extract business logic. Modeling Skills: Proficiency in using UML, BPMN, or similar standards for system and process modeling. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL, microservices, and event-driven architecture. AI Tools: Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) for analysis and development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an asset.
