Technical Support & System Engineer (Healthcare Startup)

DOCMAiTE was founded in 2024 to bring order to the daily flood of documents and data in doctor's offices. No one should have to take on demotivating digitalization tasks and treatment information should always be available when needed.

As a team member at DOCMAiTE, you will work in a young and ambitious team, can actively shape the culture and create direct added value for our customers. At the same time, you will have far-reaching opportunities to co-create, gain insights into entrepreneurship and our company strategy, as well as the opportunity to grow together with us.

Tasks

• You accompany doctor's offices and ambulatory caregivers in the installation and setup of our software and interfaces to existing IT infrastructure.
• You advise customers on the optimal use and integration possibilities of our software.
• You provide technical support for DOCMAiTE users.
• You are in close exchange with the product team to continuously improve the product.
• You support us in optimizing the underlying fulfillment, support, and onboarding processes and tools.

Qualification

• You have completed an IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker) or a Bachelor's degree.
• You are responsible and can work well in an agile team.
• You take ownership of a topic and what matters to customers is important to you
• You possess good communication skills and speak fluent German (C2)
• We welcome experiences in the healthcare sector or at an IT system house
