Job description
Ideal Candidate
Excellent mastery of French at oral and written levels (minimum C1 level)
Minimum experience in technical support, ideally in a multi-site environment
Technical skills: Microsoft Office suite,
Autonomy, rigor, analytical ability, customer service sense, and stress management
Job Description
User support (cash register solutions, office software, phone, PC, peripherals)
Monitoring of store/seat interfaces, database control
Diagnostic and resolution of level 1 technical incidents
Equipment installation and configuration
Ticket management via GLPI, tracking and escalation of complex cases
Writing and updating internal procedures
Employer's Offer
The contract is for a fixed term of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Salary: 6000 RON net (language bonus included)
Meal tickets: 20 RON/day
Medical subscription
Working hours: 9:30-18:00 Monday-Friday
The position is 100% on-site
