Technical Support Specialist
Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented Technical Support Specialist to ensure the good functioning of equipment and infrastructure in our production area. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, maintenance, facilities or production, and be able to troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with specialized teams for complex ones.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the basic maintenance and repair of production equipment (workstations, printers, scanners etc.), managing the supply of materials and equipment needed for production lines, providing operational and technical support to production teams, intervening in resolving minor technical issues, and contributing to facility support activities (station/zone maintenance, logistics, general support).
The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving ability, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
