As a leading importer in the agricultural machinery market, Landtechnik AG offers a powerful and attractive range of various tractor brands, attachments, farm and telescopic loaders, Smart Farming applications, and spare parts. With a professional dealer network and its own branches, the products are offered and distributed via the brand centers.

Due to upcoming retirements, we want to expand our team and use the transition period to transfer know-how and leverage synergies. Therefore, we are looking for a skilled EMPLOYEE IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT (m/f/d) 100%.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Support and assistance with technical problems on tractors and harvesting machines via telephone, email, and occasionally on-site
• Close cooperation and consultation with suppliers as well as conducting training for dealers
• Processing of warranty and goodwill cases as well as support in the area of homologation
• Support and analysis of telemetry data
• Taking over on-call duty in the team from May to October
• General administrative tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed training as a diagnostic technician or workshop manager in the field of agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or engine equipment mechanics
• Bilingual German and Swiss German skills in speaking & writing, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Confident use of IT systems and common applications (Excel etc.), ideally already experience with Microsoft D365
• Driver's license category BE
• Presentation skills, team spirit, strong initiative, and a communicative personality
