Tasks

• Handle customer and service partner inquiries about technical problems with our SUSHI BIKES and find solutions.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on the e-bikes.
• Offer telephone and written support in German and English.
• Work closely with our development team to identify product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Document frequent problems and their solutions for supporting the team and future reference purposes.

Qualification

• Experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly diagnose technical issues
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Basic understanding of e-bikes and the electromobility industry
• Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to respond patiently and friendly to customer inquiries
