Mako365 GmbH is a young company in the new energy industry. Our team supports (mainly) energy supply companies, metering point operators, and energy service providers in optimizing internal processes – with consulting, technology, and our own SaaS platform. With our own innovative software solution, we have particularly created an efficient, future-oriented, and tailored solution for metering point operators and energy service providers to tackle the challenges of the energy transition.

Tasks

What's expected of you?

• As a first point of contact for questions about our platform, you will advise our customers competently and friendly.
• The troubleshooting and analysis of technical issues in the Java/TypeScript environment are exactly your strong suit? Then you'll be happy to join us!
• Support for integration, especially at interfaces (API), data formats, or certificates.
• Our practical solutions must be documented, so you will also be responsible for documenting solutions and maintaining our Help Center.
• In close exchange with development and Customer Success, you will continuously contribute to the improvement of support processes.

Qualification

This is what you should bring:

• You have a technical education or experience in IT support – perfect!
• You are familiar with the SaaS/API environment, including Java/TypeScript environment.
• Ideal would be to bring a basic understanding of energy market processes and their professional requirements.
• You think analytically, have a quick comprehension ability, and are service- and customer-oriented.
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and possess very good German language skills. English language skills are a plus, but not a must.
