We are looking to expand our technical support team to ensure our clients have a better experience interacting with Freya solutions and responding timely to their requests.
The role is hybrid, and our office is located 5 minutes from the Timpuri Noi metro station.

We are looking for someone who:
- Advanced knowledge of PC operation;
- Experience in using and managing databases;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of hardware, network knowledge represents an advantage;
- Experience in the HORECA or Retail domain or experience on a similar post constitutes an advantage;
- Oriented towards clients, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organize time and efficiently manage tasks received;
- Proactivity and involvement in problem-solving;
- Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation;
- Availability to work shifts and one weekend a month.
Job Description
You will do the following with us:
- You will respond to phone calls from clients;
- You will interact with clients and provide technical support at a distance, through dedicated applications, for Freya products;
- You will test the functional features of Freya applications, identify errors, and transmit them to the Development Department;
- You will analyze client requests regarding the development of new features for Freya applications or integration with other applications;
- You will analyze clients' databases and various reports to identify the cause of incidents reported by them and find solutions to remedy them;
- You will register and manage, in the dedicated application, incidents transmitted by clients.
