We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for Management Systems to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing sales and management systems. To excel in this role, we need you to be proactive, responsible, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Requirements:
Student or Graduate of an Engineering/ Economics/ Accounting Faculty.
Medium to advanced knowledge of computer usage.
Basic understanding of the sales process (Invoicing/NIR/TVA)Bonus:
Experience working with a sales management program.
Experience installing games on computers/Gaming and discussing on forums. 😊

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handling and resolving service tickets within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program
Installing Management Systems for Retail and HoReCa.
Efficient communication and patience in client relationships.
