Technical Support Specialist for English, German, and French

• You know English, French, or German at an advanced level;
• You like communicating and enjoy the IT domain;

• You'll provide support for our commercial and technical (level 1) clients;
• You'll resolve diverse situations reported by clients via email, chat, phone;
• You'll keep a record of interactions with clients and register the information transmitted by them;
• You'll participate in periodic training sessions to help you develop professionally and personally;
• You'll have the opportunity to exercise your communication skills both in writing and speaking with our native English-speaking clients from America, Canada, etc.
