Technical Support Specialist for Computer Equipment
Job description
Group Data seeks:
Technical Support Specialist for computer equipment - Senior
Necessary experience:
At least 3 years of experience in providing IT support to users, aiming to resolve events related to configuration, installation, and logical maintenance of user workstations, including but not limited to operating systems, office tools, and application support at the first level of technical support.
Necessary qualification:
ITIL Foundation or higher
Proven experience in IT infrastructure
Mandatory certification: Microsoft MD-100 or Microsoft MD-101 or equivalent version
Possess solid knowledge of hardware, software, updates, installations, and diverse configurations for Windows 10, 11, and packages.
Possess knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Office 365, OneDrive, etc.).
Necessary availability to work on-site in Manaus/AM.
