As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Autodesk customers, partners and internal employees, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will be part of a team that is passionate about helping customers succeed in their work. Responsibilities Provide technical support to Autodesk customers and partners via phone, email and chat. Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software installation, configuration, and usage. Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers. Document customer interactions and technical solutions in a knowledge base. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest Autodesk software and industry trends. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in technical support. Strong understanding of software and hardware concepts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely. Experience with Autodesk software is a plus. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
