We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Technical Support Operator. If you are a responsible and communicative person who wants to work in a top-notch technical field, apply for this job.

We have the following requirements:

• Knowledge of software operation/installation, troubleshooting computers;

• Knowledge of network (constitutes an advantage courses/certifications CCNA);

• Basic knowledge related to mail, web, dns, ftp, dhcp;

• Communication skills and availability to work in a team and shifts.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for clients;

• Identifying and resolving technical problems;

• Proposing technical solutions by analyzing client needs;

• Monitoring local networks and computer systems;

• Ensuring communication with clients.

We work in shifts, including night shifts.
