Technical Support On Site/Office German / French / Italian

We are looking for German, French, or Italian speakers to join our Technical Support Team (L1 and L2 positions available). Work on site(in the office).

As part of our team, you will assist consumers who are using TP-Link networking products. The ideal candidates should have:

• Strong language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory requirement
• Good learning ability, especially for acquiring knowledge in networking and IT
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to ensure consumer satisfaction
• A technical background and/or call center experience, which will be considered an advantage

Daily Tasks:

• Assist consumers who contact TP-Link Support with their problems and questions
• Provide support through multiple channels: phone calls, emails, and online chat

Knowledge Development & Certification:

• Receive professional training on TP-Link products and troubleshooting skills
• Opportunity to attend the TP-Link Certification Test and obtain an official certificate upon successful completion
