Technical Support Officer

Your responsibilities

• Supporting (national and international) customers and partners with questions and problems, via phone, email, and other channels.
• Solving technical problems for our customers.
• Executing system updates and technical interventions, both on-site (in-country and abroad) and remotely.
• Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system (Odoo).
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contributing to process improvement and workflow optimization within the support team.
• Providing proactive and solution-focused customer service.

Requirements

• A secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in customer service. Mobile Locker is also open to welcoming a school leaver and fully training them.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Affinity with technology and basic IT knowledge; experience with customer service tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset, empathetic ability, and strong problem-solving skills.
• You are willing to go on ad-hoc business trips to the customer (Europe).
• You are assertive, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.
