We are looking for two Technical Support Managers (m/w/d) for our well-known customer from the special machinery industry in the Schwäbisch Hall area, located between Crailsheim and Künzelsau, to join our team as part of a personnel leasing agreement with a takeover option. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: As a Technical Support Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for a fixed customer base and ensure that technical inquiries about filling machines and turn-key systems are processed quickly and professionally. You will bring your technical expertise to develop and implement solutions for customer challenges, and coordinate the implementation directly on site. In emergency situations, you will maintain an overview, organize the necessary steps, and be available as a reliable point of contact for the technicians. Occasionally, you will also accompany deployments. You will actively contribute to successful business review meetings by preparing them carefully and engaging yourself as needed. A meticulous documentation of all customer inquiries in the CRM system is self-evident for you, to ensure smooth processes. By structuring the resolution of cases in the knowledge database, you will make a valuable contribution to the transfer of knowledge within the company. THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING: You hold a completed further education in the field of technician or master (m/w/d) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or bring several years of experience in technical support from the special machinery industry. Experienced installers or assemblers (m/w/d) with solid mechanical and mechatronic knowledge also have the opportunity to take the next step in the service with us. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service is combined with advanced analytical skills to grasp complex technical relationships securely. A high process understanding and the ability to work solution-oriented distinguish you. Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking are self-evident for you. For occasional deployments directly with the customer, you are willing to travel worldwide.
