Technical Support Manager (Engineering, UPS & DC)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of projects. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with clients to understand their power backup requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments. Design and develop architectures and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of power backup systems. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
