Ideal Candidate
As part of our team, you will assist consumers who are using TP-Link networking products. The ideal candidates should have
- Strong language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory requirement
- Good learning ability, especially for acquiring knowledge in networking and IT
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to ensure consumer satisfaction
- A technical background and/or call center experience, which will be considered an advantage
Job Description
- Assist consumers who contact TP-Link Support with their problems and questions
- Provide support through multiple channels: phone calls, emails, and online chat
Knowledge Development & Certification:
- Receive professional training on TP-Link products and troubleshooting skills
- Opportunity to attend the TP-Link Certification Test and obtain an official certificate upon successful completion
