We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Executive to join our team. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients with their technical issues and inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and software
- Explaining technical terms and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+3 years Diploma or Any Graduation
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Strong knowledge of computer/laptop hardware
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical terms
