Movate Technologies — formerly known as CSS Corp — is hiring for Technical Support – Voice Process in Chennai!
Position: Technical Support – Voice Process
Date and Time : 9th Sep - 15th Sep 2026 ( 11: 30 AM - 5 PM )
Location : Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Hands-on experience handling US customer calls
✅ Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses & troubleshooting
✅ Ability to handle multiple calls and technical issues efficiently
✅ Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts
