At Theben Netherlands, you as a Technical Support Engineer are the point of contact for our customers and colleagues in the field. With your technical knowledge and solution-oriented approach, you contribute to innovative projects within building automation. Do you have a passion for technology and a service-oriented mindset? What will you do?
You are responsible for providing technical support to customers and projects, including:

• Answering customer and field staff questions and providing advice;
• Providing technical support in programming KNX products;
• Executing project engineering work for KNX and DALI installations;
• Developing quotes and order administration;
• Training installers;
• Collaborating with product management teams from our parent company in Germany.

Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic and customer-oriented team player with:

• A minimum of a HBO level and commercial affinity;
• Experience or interest in KNX programming (ETS software) and technology;
• A proactive and independent working attitude, even under pressure;
• Excellent command of Dutch, German, or English, both verbally and written;
• A flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
