As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to develop and improve our products. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, and at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
