Technical Support Engineer - Refrigeration

Job description

Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding refrigeration systems and equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site visits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems. Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems. Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals. Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. Identify and report potential quality or safety issues.
