Job Description: Technical Support Engineer Location: Hyderabad - Onsite Experience Level: 2 years (candidates with lesser experience may be considered for appropriate roles) About the Role We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer-facing support for web-based and SaaS products. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting ability, hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities: Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product functionality, performance, and compatibility; Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, QA) to identify and resolve root causes of issues; Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to improve customer self-service capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field; Strong understanding of web-based and SaaS products; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Familiarity with enterprise integrations (e.g., APIs, data formats); Experience with customer-facing support tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems).
