Technical Support Engineer in Bilingual Site

Do you have experience providing Technical Support and dominate the English language? This job is for you! You will put your skills and knowledge into practice within the IT area, being part of a great team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, two shifts, from 05:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 01:00 pm to 09:00 pm. Monthly rotation.

Saturdays/Sundays: Guard duty from 05:00 am to 01:00 pm or approximately 1-2 times per month.

Location: Industrial Zone, Puerto Interior, CP 36275, Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato.

Activities and Responsibilities:

Technical Support on Site.

Resolution of equipment failures (desktops, laptops, and multifunctional printers).

Installation of Windows/Linux operating systems and applications.

Predictive and corrective maintenance for computer equipment and some peripherals.

Support for the active directory.

Networks and infrastructure.

Configuration of profiles in domain.

Support and configuration Microsoft Office 365.

Inventory updates and maintenance for computer equipment.

Use of ticketing tools, example: ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.

Follow-up on warranties.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields (TSU, Truncos, Pasantes, Titulados).

Experience providing technical support on site.

Advanced level of English (evaluation will be conducted)

Experience with some ticket management system.

Active Directory management.

Fault resolution in Windows or Linux.

Work under SLA's.

Microsoft Office management.
