Technical Support Engineer for Site Experience in Infrastructure

Main responsibilities:

Maintain operation of equipment, applications, and access to infrastructure; ensure user activity functionality and contribute to company competitiveness and continuity.

Work zone: San José del Progreso, Oaxaca. (The company provides transportation for the commute)

Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Systems or related field (graduated or student).
• Availability for full-time schedule.
• Techincal English.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in:

• Monitoring infrastructure
• Providing user support
• Windows, SQL-Server
• Experiencing remote and on-site user support
• Inventoried equipment management
• Transact-SQL or equivalent domain knowledge
• Cloud services
• Windows version 10 or higher
• Linux system
• Microsoft Office
• Active Directory
• Dynamic tables
• VPN creation
• Virtual machine creation
• Pc and laptop maintenance and service
• Crm usage
