Zur Stärkung unserer globalen Support-Organisation suchen wir einen Tier-2 Technical Support Engineer with strong technical background, who ensures the reliability and performance of these systems in operational use.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support for our Government Sector:
  Provide advanced technical support for government and defense customers, ensuring the reliable functioning of our Twister-, Nexus- and Reliant-systems across a broad range of mission scenarios.

• Ticket Management:
  Process customer requests through Jira Service Management, create structured technical documentation, and work closely with R&D and Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Analyzing Flight Data and System Diagnostics:
  Interpret flight logs, telemetry, and diagnostic data, identify error sources, verify system integrity, and recommend corrective measures.

• Team Cross-Collaboration:
  Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Support Tier 1, Sales, and Training to understand customer requirements, optimize processes, and improve service quality.

• Ongoing Professional Development and Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed about new features, components, and functionality enhancements to continuously build your technical expertise and support quality.

• Ongoing Improvement:
  Contribute to the development of internal knowledge databases, create troubleshooting guidelines, and bring process optimization suggestions forward to sustainably improve efficiency and service quality.

What you bring to the team:

• Fundamental Experience in Flight Log Analysis as well as safe troubleshooting of hardware, firmware, and software.

• Strong Communicative Skills and pleasure in cross-functional collaboration, including direct exchange with customers.

• Proficiency in Jira Service Management, Confluence, and ERP Systems such as NetSuite.

• Fluent in German and English, combined with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
