Job description
Do you have experience providing IT technical support in the field? icorp is looking for you!
You will be responsible for providing technical support in the field and being part of a great team.
Work area: Ciudad Sahagún and surrounding municipalities.
Schedule: Availability of schedule as technical support is provided depending on the incident/ticket raised.
Requirements
- TSU, Bachelor's / Engineering (Current student, graduate or titled).
- At least 1 year of experience providing technical support.
Activities and responsibilities:
Management of physical tools to provide technical support.
Office
Hardware replacement – Change
Software installation
To perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment
Inventory control
Teamwork
