No problem...We'll also place you directly! Your tasks: You are a competent point of contact in technical support and organization of repairs at the dealer
To resolve customer inquiries, you create spare part suggestions and involve warranty processing
You are a professional point of contact for our field service employees who take over customer service on site
You use your social skills purposefully also when dealing with international business partners
Your qualification: You have completed vocational training in the field of industry or land and construction machinery mechatronics or equivalent qualification
You bring interest and initial knowledge in the areas of electronics, control technology, and hydraulics
Working with common MS-Office applications is easy for you, and dealing with people gives you pleasure
