About the job Technical Superintendent (Bulk) This is an exciting opportunity for a current Chief Engineer with at least 12 months in rank to transition your seagoing experience into a rewarding shore-based career. You'll oversee the day-to-day technical operations of assigned vessels, ensuring they are running safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This includes coordinating maintenance and repair schedules, managing budgets, supporting dry dockings, and liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. As a Technical Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall technical management of the fleet, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve operational objectives. You'll also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vessel operators, maintenance teams, and regulatory bodies.
