Technical Superintendent - Railway Concrete URGENT

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects. Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations. Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards. Develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality.
