Technical Specification Manager

You will be responsible for technical specifications in the allocated area – located in Bucharest or Brasov

Your role :

• Providing technical expertise and consulting services to clients (consultants, architects, designers, etc.).
• Representing Thermotop Technology's product portfolio to architecture and design firms in the residential and industrial sectors for providing technical specifications of products and offering support during the planning and design stages.
• Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities with architects, designers, construction companies, entrepreneurs, and developers.
• Providing consulting and technical assistance during the project's phases of planning, bidding, and execution.
• Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure that Thermotop Technology's products are included in projects and specifications.
• Organizing product presentations, technical workshops, and site visits for key stakeholders.
• Ppreparing technical documents and bid documents.
• Maintaining and developing a network of influencers, architects, designers, contractors, developers, etc., relevant to the market segment.
• Collaborating with other Thermotop Technology departments, including local sales representatives, for providing optimal technical support related to specifications, without having direct sales responsibilities.

You are :

• You hold a degree in Architecture/Engineering or a relevant field for the position
• You have an established network with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and consultants in the construction industry.
• You have proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in project-based environments.
• You have a complete understanding of construction specifications and architecture, including reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• You have the ability to facilitate commercial and technical discussions.
• You are familiar with AutoCAD or other software programs in the architectural field, MS Office suite, and/or other relevant tools
• You have project management skills and the ability to track projects.
• You are a dedicated person, oriented towards teamwork and achieving results.
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• You have permission to lead and availability to travel in the allocated territory.
