Locations: Mumbai Mode : Work from office Hiring for L1, L2 Immediate joiners will be added advantage Job Description: Provide operational and technical support for DRM solutions Monitor digital right management alerts Detecting and handling data leakage incidents and performing additional data analysis to validate security but not limited to incident response, monitoring and reporting of system performance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the DRM solution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Seclore Digital Rights Management (DRM) with a strong understanding of digital rights management concepts, data encryption, access control, and authentication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
