This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful development and launch of new products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. &xa;&xa; Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to various teams within BD, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products. • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to product design, manufacturing, and testing. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, instruction sheets, and other relevant materials. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in medical technology, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures within BD. &xa;&xa; Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or related field. • 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the medical device industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. &xa;&xa; What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a global medical technology company. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment. • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. &xa;&xa;
