Position Title: Technical Specialist/ Lead - SYNON Experience Level: 5 Years Location: Remote, India Expected Skills/ Competency/JD: Competent to work on ALL phases of system analysis and can/may direct others. Studies and analyzes the most complex Company-wide procedures as assigned; strives toward process improvements via concrete measurements and metrics. Conducts thorough problem analysis in regard to technical system and application programs; documents findings and proposes problem resolution through root cause analysis. Develops, implements, and maintains comprehensive documentation of all processes and procedures. Provides guidance and training to team members on new processes and procedures. Collaborates with other teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and procedures across the organization. Conducts regular reviews and assessments of existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
