Technical Solutions Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead wind turbine solution development and market expansion across international markets (with a focus on Brazil and Latin America). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Take ownership of early-stage project engagement, including customer communication, solution design, technical alignment, and preparation of technical agreements and bidding documents. Ensure solutions are tailored to meet specific customer needs. Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective integration of new solutions into the company's product portfolio. Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and manage budgets for solution development and market expansion initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new solutions and market expansion. Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts, including product demonstrations and technical presentations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of new solutions and market expansion initiatives to the organization. Ensure that all solutions are developed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
