Technical Solution Analyst (Low code)

Role Purpose: Low code platforms are increasingly preferred by software developers to create and deploy critical web applications that can improve and transform businesses. The key role of the Technical Solution Analyst is to provide technical expertise for this in-demand platform and low code software/applications development. The Technical Solution Analyst will work closely with Business Units to build internal capability in low-code development and equip team members with necessary technical skills, knowledge and best practices. This includes identifying and prioritizing business needs, developing and implementing solutions that meet those needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The role also involves collaborating with other teams such as IT Operations, Security, and Architecture to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization. Additionally, the Technical Solution Analyst will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and innovations in low-code development and applying this knowledge to drive business value. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise and guidance on low code platforms and software/applications development. • Collaborate with Business Units to build internal capability in low-code development and equip team members with necessary technical skills, knowledge and best practices. • Identify and prioritize business needs and develop and implement solutions that meet those needs. • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by working closely with project stakeholders and ensuring timely and within budget completion. • Collaborate with other teams such as IT Operations, Security, and Architecture to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and innovations in low-code development and apply this knowledge to drive business value. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for team members. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices and coding standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to low-code platforms and software/applications development. • Provide support and guidance to team members on the use of low-code platforms and software/applications development. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Units, IT Operations, Security, and Architecture teams. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and standards.
