Technical Software Architect

As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic operator who can take the lead in developing and executing our technical vision. What You'll Do * Lead the technical vision and architectural design for our SaaS platform. * Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. * Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our development processes. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. * Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle. * Drive technology and architecture roadmaps to align with the company's strategic goals. * Define and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Participate in the planning and execution of software releases. * Champion and advocate for best practices in software development. * Document and communicate technical designs and decisions. * Assess and mitigate technical risks. * Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security of our systems. * Influence and drive innovation across the engineering organization. * Be a key player in the architecture of our current and future products. * Collaborate to produce a high-quality product in a fast-paced environment. * Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. * Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architectural role. * Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-based SaaS solutions. * Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. * Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go). * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions. * Experience with security best practices and secure coding principles. * Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
