Technical SME AI Lead Developer

Location: Krakow Work mode: hybrid We are looking for a Technical SME who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a modern AI application supporting the generation of investment proposals for Private Banking clients. The role combines expert competencies with practical involvement in creating solutions based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and integrations with business systems and investment data. Scope of responsibilities: Design and development of an AI application for generating proposals for Private Banking clients. Creation and development of workflows based on AI Agents, RAG mechanisms, and integrations with tools and data sources. Designing solutions for retrieving portfolio data, searching approved content, and automatically building proposals for clients. Defining business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project dependencies. Creating project documentation, data mappings, business processes, and materials supporting solution implementation. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Risk & Compliance teams, and business stakeholders. Supporting development teams in terms of business requirements, technical decisions, and limitations resulting from regulations. Defining requirements for data quality, traceability, lineage, governance, and system integrations. Participation in architecture reviews, risk analyses, control activities, and implementation of Responsible AI principles. Defining processes for monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining AI solutions in the production environment. Ensuring the solution's compliance with security, auditability, and regulatory requirements applicable in the financial sector. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, delivery of technological solutions, requirements management, or similar technical roles. Experience in building or implementing solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, process automation, or document generation. Practical knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and event-driven architectures. Ability to translate business and architectural requirements into implementable solutions. Knowledge of AI workflow, agent orchestration, tool calling, and knowledge management in AI solutions. Programming skills enabling prototyping, solution configuration, and supporting integration processes. Knowledge of data security, IAM, auditability, and non-functional requirements. Very good knowledge of English. Nice to have: Experience with platforms for generating documents, reports, or investment proposals. Knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Advisory processes. Experience with solutions such as Aladdin or similar investment platforms. Knowledge of LLMOps, prompt engineering, guardrails, model evaluation, and AI Governance practices. Knowledge in the area of AI model risk, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for artificial intelligence.
